Is it possible for a public institution to make a purchase using the "purchase on account" payment method?
Yes, we offer the payment option "purchase on account" exclusively for municipalities, public institutions and municipal companies. Please provide this information when registering and you will automatically receive the payment method.
I don't have a VAT ID. Can I still shop?
If you do not have a VAT ID, please fill out the separate form on the "Create Account" page. We will activate your account manually after a short review.
