The mobile messaging service of Kaeferling Pro (the “Service”) is operated by Kaeferling Pro (“Kaeferling Pro,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms (“Mobile Terms of Use”). We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Service or individual features at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also change these Mobile Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By signing up for the SMS/text messaging service from Kaeferling Pro, you agree to regularly receive SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Kaeferling Pro via your mobile carrier to the mobile number you provide—even if your number is listed on a national or regional do-not-call list (“Do Not Call”). Messages may be sent using automated dialing systems or similar technologies. Service-related messages may include updates, notifications, and information (e.g., order status, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include offers, promotions, and other marketing content (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that signing up for this program is not a condition of purchase from Kaeferling Pro and that your consent is voluntary. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge fees for the Service. However, you are responsible for all fees and costs charged by your mobile carrier for text messages. The frequency of messages may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Please check your mobile plan or contact your mobile carrier for more information. You are solely responsible for all costs related to SMS/text messages, including your mobile carrier’s fees.

You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. To do so, send the keyword STOP to Kaeferling or use the unsubscribe link (if available) in one of our messages. You will then receive a one-time confirmation of your unsubscription via SMS. After that, no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate contact again. If you have signed up for other mobile messaging programs from Kaeferling Pro and wish to unsubscribe from those as well, you must—where legally permitted—unsubscribe separately according to the terms of those programs.

We may change the short code or phone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages—including STOP or HELP requests—sent to a changed short code or phone number may not be received, and we are not obligated to process requests made via such messages.

The mobile carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you receive a new mobile number, you must re-enroll in the program with that new number.

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for failed, delayed, or incorrect delivery of information via the Service, for errors in such information, or for actions or omissions based on reliance on this information or the Service.
