Insect identification by biologists/entomologists – precise analysis by submission

Do you have a pest (insect) that cannot be clearly identified and need a professional identification? With the professional insect identification by Dr. Pospischil – a well-known and highly experienced entomologist – you will receive a reliable analysis based on scientific principles. This is based on many years of expertise in the field of pest insects and wood-destroying insects.

The analysis is done through physical submission of the sample. Please send multiple specimens (approx. 10–15 pieces). For optimal identification, it is best if the insects are sent as intact and alive as possible. Use a suitable plastic container (e.g., a sample tube with a tightly closing lid) to safely transport the sample.

After your order in the shop, you will receive a PDF form via email. Please fill it out as completely as possible and include it with your submission. Upon receipt, your sample will be examined immediately. Afterwards, you will receive a letter with the identification result and an attachment briefly describing the biology, damage pattern, and, if applicable, control measures. The documents will be sent to you as PDF files.
