Kaeferling Pro is a specialized online shop for professional products for pest control and prevention. We offer effective solutions for private and business customers to combat pests quickly, efficiently, and without external service providers.

As a dual student, you will become part of our marketing team and gain practical insights into marketing as well as sales and logistics. You will actively work on real projects and take on responsibility.

Marketing

You support our marketing team in various disciplines:

Performance marketing

• Support for Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
• Collaboration in Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands)
• Analysis of campaign metrics (ROAS, CPC, conversion rate)
• Testing and optimization of ads, keywords, and targeting

E-commerce & shop optimization

• Optimization of our online shop regarding conversion and user experience
• Maintenance and optimization of product pages (product texts, images, SEO)
• Analysis of customer behavior and derivation of improvements
• Support for new product launches in the online shop

Social media marketing

• Planning and creation of social media content (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Development of creative campaigns for brand positioning
• Analysis of performance data and optimization of content strategies
• Community management and interaction with our target audience

Email Marketing

• Planning and implementation of newsletter campaigns and customer mailings
• Creation of email content and automations
• Segmentation of target groups and performance evaluation
• Optimization of open rates, click rates, and conversion

Sales & Business Development

• Support in developing new sales channels
• Analysis of market and competitor data
• Participation in sales strategies

Logistics & Operations

• Insights into supply chain processes
• Support with inventory planning and shipping processes
• Optimization of logistical processes in e-commerce

 

Your profile

• You are already studying Business Administration, International Management, Marketing & Media, or a comparable program in a dual model, or you are currently looking for a practical partner
• Interest in digital marketing & e-commerce
• Analytical thinking and interest in data-driven marketing
• Initiative, motivation, and willingness to take responsibility
• Good German and English skills
• You have a Class B driver’s license
