FAQ

Questions and answers about the product
1

How do I use the adhesive film correctly?

Release the trap lid, peel off the protective paper, and place the film with the sticky side facing up. Put the lid back on – done.

2

How often should I change the adhesive film?

Replace regularly as soon as the surface is well covered or the adhesive strength decreases. This keeps the trapping performance consistent.

3

Is the refill pack compatible with my flea trap?

Yes, the films are precisely designed to fit the Victor Flea Trap from Finicon.

4

Can I change the film safely by touch?

Yes. Grab the edges, place the old film directly in the trash, and insert a new one. Use gloves if necessary.

5

How do I remove sticky residues from my fingers or the casing?

First dissolve adhesive residues with some vegetable oil, then wipe off with a mild cleaner.

6

Is the application suitable for pets?

The trap is designed for indoor use and operates without spray chemicals. However, place it so that animals cannot pull on cables or touch surfaces.

7

Where is the best place to set the trap when using new sheets?

In areas where pets like to stay, such as next to their sleeping place, on carpeted zones, or in quieter corners of the living space.

8

How should I store unopened refill pouches?

Store dry, clean, and protected from direct sunlight. Only open the package immediately before use to preserve the adhesive strength.
