Roban Oktablok by PelGar is a ready-to-use wax bait block containing 50 ppm difenacoum for the professional control of brown rats and house mice. One carton contains 100 bait blocks of 100 g each (10 kg). Each block is fitted with a pre-assembled wire, allowing it to be securely fixed in bait stations or attached in sewer shafts.

The formulation is based on wheat flour, grain components and proteins bound in edible waxes. The combination of the formulation and chocolate flavour supports high bait acceptance.
With wire - securely fixable
The pre-assembled wire enables the bait block to be securely attached in bait stations and suspended in sewer shafts. This keeps the bait in place and makes it less likely to be carried away or washed away.
Moisture-resistant for demanding application areas
Roban Oktablok is manufactured using a hot-casting process and is designed for use in damp conditions. The wax block therefore remains dimensionally stable in damp cellars, outdoors and in sewers.
With bittering agent
Roban Oktablok contains denatonium benzoate as a bittering agent. This reduces the risk of accidental ingestion by humans without affecting acceptance by rats and mice.
Octagonal shape with gnawing edges
The special shape with pronounced gnawing edges corresponds to the animals' natural gnawing behaviour. A central opening also allows attachment to bait rods in standard bait stations.

Application
Before control measures begin, infestation, runways, nests and possible entry points should be identified, and bait points should be documented. In and around buildings, the bait must be placed securely in accordance with the label and instructions for use. The block can be fixed using the wire or attached to a bait rod.
In sewers, the bait can be secured against brown rats in a way that allows the animals to reach it while preventing it from being washed away. The specific application rates, spacing and inspection intervals are determined by the product label and instructions for use.
